Shipping Policy

  • Please allow all orders to take 2-3 business days to process (does not include weekends/holidays).
  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive your USPS tracking number and will take approximately 3-4 business days to be delivered.
*Spiff'd  isn't responsible for any lost/damaged merchandise after being shipped! * 
We handle all orders with care and make sure that each item is in perfect condition before being shipped. If package has been tracked as "delivered" and you have not received your item, please contact USPS as soon as possible.

 

Return Policy

  • Here, we take pride in our online shopping experience and understand that is not always an easy task. To ensure all customers are satisfied with their online shopping experience, we are happy to accept your return for a store credit towards your next purchase.

Guidelines:

  1. Items can be returned within 7 business days after delivery. Please email us your order number at info.spiffd@gmail.com to facilitate return.
  2. All returned items must be in their original condition. (Unworn, Unwashed and Undamaged) or no refund will be provided.
  3. All items are returned to Spiff'd at the expense of the customer. Please include a note with the following in package. 
  • Include Your Name,
  • Order Number,
  • Reason For Return
  • Please send us the return tracking number for proof of return via email info.spiffd@gmail.com. Failure to do so may result in not being able to process the return.
